What does it mean to be Sideline Project Certified?
An adult becomes Sideline Project Certified when they have completed The Sideline Project course.
Can my entire club get certified?
Absolutely!
- If you want your parents to pay for the course you can become an Affiliate and earn 25% back on each course completion.
- If you want to pay, you can bulk buy the course.
- If you want your parents to pay, but don't want to become an affiliate, set up a 15 minute meeting with us HERE so we can get you a coupon code to pass the discount straight to your parents!
I am a coach, how can I get my team involved?
We've got your covered! Simply download the Team Kit for Coaches and you will have everything you need to lead your team in this important initiative. Plus, the Team Kit provides your parents with a 10% discount on the course.
I am a club leader, are we able to track who has taken the course?
Yes! How you track depends on how the course is paid for. You can learn more in our Tracking Guide HERE. If you want the most robust tracking, you have to bulk buy the course for your club.
What languages is the course available in?
The course is available in English and Spanish. If you are from a different country or are interested in the course in a different language, reach out to us today - it's possible! Skye@TheSidelineProject.com
Does the course have captions?
Yes, simply hit the caption button on the course video player.
Where do I find my certificate?
Your certificate is available on the course page (where you took the course) once the course is complete (and if you're logged in). Look on the top bar of the course page. If the certificate is not populating, it's because you have not finished all the steps. You are able to download and share your certificate!
Alternately, you are able to find your certificate if you go to the Course HUB page when you are logged in.

I am having trouble accessing my course, can you help?
Of course! Once you've registered the course will be available on the Course HUB page in the top menu. If you started the course and are coming back to it, just log in and head to the Course HUB page.
What's the easiest way to buy this for my team?
If tracking is not necessary - send and email or set up a 15 minute meeting - and tell us the number of courses you want and provide your email and phone number. We will send you an invoice you can pay by credit card, and then provide you with a COUPON CODE your parents can use.
If you want to have tracking, then bulk buy the course (the smallest number is 25)!
How do I use a coupon code?
You'll see a Coupon Code box on the check out section for the course. Enter it exactly (CAPS, spaces, dashes) for it to work.

I am having trouble progressing through the course.
Sorry about that! On the very rare chance this happens, it is usually an issue with the cache on your computer. Try clearing your cache! if you continue to have problems, try a different computer, phone or device. We are here to help!

Can you explain what an Affiliate is?
Sure! To help you, we've created an Affiliate Guide - you can download it HERE.
Briefly, an Affiliate promotes our courses to their community and earns money back when people purchase. In order to receive credit for the purchase, the person in your community must click on an Affiliate Link in order to access the site. If they purchase within 30 days of clicking the link, you will receive credit for that purchase.

How do I log in to my Affiliate Dashboard?
There are a couple of ways.
1. Log In on the top menu at TheSidelineProject.com. Then, go to the footer menu and click on the Become an Affiliate. You will be redirected to your Affiliate Dashboard.
2. In the footer menu at TheSidelineProject.com you'll see a link to the Affiliate Sign in page. From there, you will be redirected to your Affiliate Dashboard.
Where is my Affiliate link?
You will find your Affiliate link on your Affiliate Dashboard.
How do I use my Affiliate link to earn money back?
Your Affiliate Link will take anyone who clicks it to TheSidelineProject.com. So, embed this link onto graphics for your newsletter, onto social media posts, and any text you want people to click on to take them to TheSidelineProject.com so they can become certified or take Return to Good Standing.
I see all the graphics in my dashboard, how should I use them?
Download a graphic and use it on social media, in a newsletter, on your website - anywhere your community will be!
Can I create my own affiliate graphics?
Sure! Just be sure you embed your Affiliate Link in it when you are using it! Again, your affiliate link goes directly to TheSidelineProject.com. If you want people to go to a different page on the website, then use the Custom Link feature on your Affiliate Dashboard to create new links!
How and when do I receive my affiliate payment?
Affiliate payments are sent the first week of the month IF you have at least a $100.00 balance in your account.
Can I receive affiliate referrals from your other courses?
Some of them! The Affiliate program works with The Sideline Project (English or Spanish), Return to Good Standing (English or Spanish), and Successful Sports Parenting when they are purchased from TheSidelineProject.com.

I just bought the courses, now what?
Awesome!
- You should receive a confirmation email from us shortly, please safe send our email so we land in your inbox.
- You will receive an email within two business days with your Group Registration Page and Group Leader Page. (see below re: How will I distribute...)
- In the meantime, if you can - send us to: info@thesidelineproject.com your club logo and a short 1-2 sentence statement from you or someone at the club which adults from your club will see when they are registering for the course. (see FAQ below regarding these)
- Check out the various Rollout Assets here in the HUB and watch the Bulk Purchase Training Video under TRAINING (and HERE).
How will I distribute the course within my organization?
We will create a website Group Page specific to your organization on TheSidelineProject.com that will include a message from our founder, a message from you (if you email it to us), a link to register for the course, as well as some additional resources for your parents and coaches. All you have to do is share the website page URL with whomever you want to have access to the course and when the click on it, they will be able to register.
Alternatively, we will also send you a Group Leader Page URL– that will include all of your organization tracking information such as who has registered and completed the course, how many more courses you have left, etc. From this Group Leader Page you are also able to add people directly to the course by importing their name and email, and when you do, they will receive an invitation to register for the course.
I need to send you our organizational logo, how do I do that?
Email a .png (preferred) logo to info@thesidelineproject.com. We will confirm receipt. If you are having trouble emailing it, you may text it to 804-467-7041.
I have a 1-2 sentence blurb to add to our Group Page – who do I send it to?
Great! We will add it to your group page. Email it to info@thesidelineproject.com and be sure to indicate your organization name, the name of the person who the 1-2 sentence blurb should be attributed to, the title of this person at the club (Director of Coaching, Board Member, etc.)
I opted to send you in a check instead of pay with a credit card - who do I make the check out to and where do I send it?

You can find a copy of our 1099 for download on the Partner HUB in the footer menu of TheSidelineProject.com
How do I print a report of who has taken the course?
Go to your Group Leader Page that was emailed to you from info@thesidelineproject.com. You can find the reports drop down just above the Course Progress area. Simply click on the report, download as an excel document, and you have what you need!
I need to purchase more courses, how do we do that?
Simple - email info@thesidelineproject.com and we will send you an invoice and the ability to pay via credit card or via check. Once we receive your payment, we will update the number of available courses you have, and you will see this change listed on your Group Leader Page.
